American Citizen Services (ACS)
The American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit of the Embassy’s Consular Section provides both routine and emergency services to American citizens in Slovakia.
ACS Hours:
| Monday – Friday | 8.00 - 11.45 AM and 2.00-3.15 PM |

Emergencies (in the event of an emergency involving the death, injury, destitution, incarceration or other crisis encountered by an American Citizen in Slovakia) : during regular working hours, contact the ACS Unit in person or using the Contact Information below. After hours or on weekends/holidays, contact the Embassy’s Duty Officer at: +421 903 703 666 (alternatively, call the Main Switchboard at +421-2-5443-0861, press “0” to speak to the U.S. Marine on duty, and ask to be connected to the Duty Officer.)
Location: The Consulate is located at Hviezdoslavovo namestie #4, Bratislava, Slovakia. It is adjacent to the main U.S. Embassy building, between the Czech Embassy and the Hotel Carlton.
