• Documentation regarding employment and/or press credentials

Religious Worker Visas (R)

• Documentation regarding the tax-exempt status of the religious organization in the United States

• Documentation regarding the applicant’s previous experience and/or training in this particular religious vocation or occupation

• Documentation regarding the applicant’s membership in this religious organization

• Documentation regarding the applicant’s projected duties, responsibilities, and employment conditions in the United States.

Treaty Investors (E-2)
