Ambassador Obsitnik receives credentials from President Gasparovic
In a ceremony at the Presidential Palace December 12, Ambassador Vincent Obsitnik received his official credentials from President Gasparovic. On the occasion, he addressed President Gasparovic in Slovak about his desire to strengthen relations between the two countries. Following his private meeting with the President, Ambassador Obsitnik signed the official register, then spoke with media representatives, in English and Slovak, about his plans for visiting Eastern Slovakia and the Embassy's priorities.
