LTG Mark Hertling, US Army Europe Commanding General, visited Slovakia April 17-18 to consult with Embassy personnel, meet with Slovak counterparts, and see Slovak military installations. While in Bratislava, LTG Hertling held productive meetings with key Slovak officers, including Chief of the General Staff, MG Peter Vojtek. The Commander also toured the Lest Training Area with Slovak Air Forces Commander MG Martin Babiak.
