K3 and K4 Visas
Documents required for K3/K4 processing will include:
- Two copies of the DS-156 application form
- Two copies of DS-157 for male applicants between 16 and 45 years of age
- Local police certificate for each applicant
- Birth certificate for each applicant
- Local marriage certificate for the principal applicant
- Divorce decree/death certificate for any previous marriages

- Valid passport. K4 applicants can have their own passport or can be included in the K4 parents passport.
- Approved I-129F petition
- U.S. citizen spouse must have filed an I-130 petition on behalf of the alien spouse.
