Dear Friends,

On behalf of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh, I am honored to send congratulatory wishes on the 90th anniversary of the signing of The Pittsburgh Agreement. 

I am equally honored that our great City played a small part in the creation of the state of Czechoslovakia.

Please accept my warmest regards as you celebrate this historic anniversary.
