Adding Pages to a Passport

Additional pages can be inserted into a valid U.S. passport as long as that passport is in reasonably good condition.  Applications for page inserts can be made during regular ACS hours by presenting your passport and a completed Application Form DS-4085 (download form).  Please note additional pages cannot be put into a passport if the biographical data page and other security features are not intact.   There is no fee for this service and the pages are usually inserted while you wait (approx 30 minutes.)
