Slovak citizens do not need to pay any additional fee for U.S. tourist or business visas.  They may have to pay an additional fee for certain Temporary Employment Visas which can be paid at the consulate.  Some student and exchange visitor visas also require an additional fee, depending on the program.

Applicants who are citizens of countries other than Slovakia may be required to pay a visa issuance fee, depending on the fees charged by their home countries for visa services.  Click here for a list of such fees by country of citizenship.  These additional fees can be paid at the consulate after a visa is approved.
